*General Health Warranty:  Topline puppy's general health is guaranteed for three 
days after the day of pick up.  This gives the buyer time to get the pup to their 
veterinarian for a check-up.  There are no other warranties of general health implied 
past those three days except in the case of infectious disease that has an incubation 
period that began while the pup was still in the care of Topline.  A record of 
inoculation and worming will be provided with the puppy. 

*All Topline puppies come with the Pet Warranty and General Health Warranty unless 
the buyer wishes to purchase a more comprehensive warranty for a show/breeding 
animal.

DEFINITIONS:

PET:  a companion animal purebred and  registered that is sold as a pet with no 
warranty that the dog will be of show or breeding quality.  This puppy's hips are 
warranted against crippling hip dysplasia (see conditions below) and any genetic 
disorder, including deafness, that prevents the puppy from fulfilling his obligation to 
be a happy, pain-free pet.

BREED/SHOW WORTHY:   a puppy or adult that goes beyond and above the definition of a pet dog. 
This animal is warranted to be free of all  (solid colored, lack of descended testicles, black color,
lack of undershot in Classic dogs) disqualifying faults.  The owner is responsible to notify the breeder of any 
disqualifying faults by the time the puppy is six months of age.   If the owner fails to notify the breeder by this time, 
the warranty is null and void.  It is understood that with proper care and training on the 
part of the buyer, in due time, the dog should be of acceptable temperament and 
structure and should embody the basic standard of the breed.  This puppy's hips are warranted to OFA or 
Penn Hip Certify at twenty four months of age.  This warranty expires at twenty six months of age (hip certification 
must be done between 24-26 months of age or the warranty is null and void).  An OFA and Penn Hip report and a copy of the x-rays must be presented to Topline American Bulldogs at this time. 
The breed worthy warranty also covers demodectic mange (generalized condition), 
hypothyroidism, congenital heart problems, epilepsy and entropian or ectropian 
inflicted eyes. 
All warranties of the pet puppy apply for the breed worthy puppy 
as well under the same terms and conditions. 
 

If the puppy shall be replaced, he/she must be returned to Topline American Bulldogs 
(at the owner's expense unless the geographical distance is cost prohibitive, in which 
case Topline will accept a second opinion by a specialist from the owner's geographic 
area) so that he/she may be examined by Topline American Bulldogs' veterinarian for 
evaluation of the puppy's condition. 

After a dog or bitch has been bred once and has produced a litter, all warrantees by Topline are 
considered fulfilled (this in order to protect Topline from warranting against pregnancy and birthing induced 
disorders that are not genetic and to re-enforce responsible breeding practices for both males and females). 
It is the owner's responsibility to ascertain any genetic defect before either a male or female is bred. 

**All males are sold with the condition that Topline may use that male for 
stud, at no additional charge to Topline other than breeding related expenses, for a 
minimum of two stud services and at a cost to Topline of $500 for two additional stud 
services.  This does not mean that Topline will absolutely use all males sold for 
breeding.  It is a policy designed to ensure that Topline has rights to use in our 
breeding program the best of what we have produced.  Owner's use of their dog for 
stud to other than Topline bitches is not limited in any way.

Conditions:
*Hips
The puppy's hips are warranted (see definitions section) provided the following 
conditions are met:  The puppy's diet must be supplemented with a minimum of 2000 
mg Vitamin Ester C daily (to be given in small dosage and gradually increased to the 
prescribed 2000mg).  The puppy must be fed a high quality food such as Puppy Nutro 
Natural until he/she is six months old.  After the age of six months we recommend 
Nutro Natural High Energy Formula or Martin's K9 Formula.  Nutro can be purchased at any pet 
food store and Martin's K9 Formula can be supplied by this breeder.  Please keep in 
mind that you have purchased a high-quality puppy.  We strongly urge you not to ruin 
his/her health with an inferior diet.  Poor food can lead to weak health, allergies and 
bad hips.  Your hip and health warranty is null and void if proper food is not provided 
for your puppy.

*Temperament
There is no temperament warranty offered once the pup leaves our facility. 
Temperament is affected by genetics and environment.  We breed only dogs and 
bitches of proven sound temperament and produce puppies that reflect this 
exceptionally stable temperament.  Unfortunately, once the pups leave our facility, we 
have no control over their environment.  Too often a nice puppy will develop a 
temperament problem as a result of the way he/she was raised.  If you have any 
questions on proper upbringing of your pup, we at Topline American Bulldogs are 
always available to assist you.

Terms:
All Warranties are satisfied through Puppy Replacement Only: 
Topline American Bulldogs will fulfill any warranty obligations through a replacement 
puppy.  This warranty will be fulfilled only when the owner provides Topline American 
Bulldogs with a certificate of spay/neuter for the original puppy.  The replacement 
puppy is one of equal quality and is offered when a litter of that quality becomes 
available.  If the owner wishes for a pup from a litter of higher quality (a higher quality 
litter is one out of parents with more working/show titles) the owner has the option of 
paying Topline American Bulldogs the price difference for that puppy.  Any shipping 
expenses incurred for the replacement puppy are the responsibility of the owner. 

Your Warranty is Void If:
-the dog is bred before 2 years of age.
-the dog is surgically altered (except for the spaying and neutering of Pet Puppies)
-proper veterinary care is not provided for the life of the dog.
-proper nutrition is not provided for the life of the dog.
-the dog is maintained in an overweight condition.
-the dog is maintained in an unhealthy environment.
-the dog is not registered with the "TOPLINE" name.

There are no other implied or intended warranties or guarantees.
This Warranty is non-transferable.

Compensatory Terms:
1. BUY BACK:  Topline American Bulldogs retains first right of refusal at no more than the original purchase price, 
if the owner cannot keep this puppy for the rest of his/her life.  If Topline American Bulldogs chooses not to 
exercise this right, then the owner may sell or give the puppy to someone else with approval of that person by Topline. 
2.  I agree and acknowledge that Topline has discussed with me the temperament of a proper American Bulldog 
and I understand that a consistent and appropriate obedience program is a necessity for my puppy. 
I agree to provide my puppy with such an obedience program. I understand that if I do not have enough 
knowledge to furnish this program to my pup, I am obligated to hire a professional to help me do so.
3.  I agree that I will never  provide puppies to a pet shop whose sire/dam is a Topline dog.
4.  I agree that I will never participate in dog-fighting with my Topline dog.

I understand that Topline has the right to re-possess my Topline dog if I break any of these conditions.
